The Support team is a central pillar of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a Corporate IT Administrator who is observant, a team player, should have a willingness to learn and is excited to work with Active Directory, Okta, MDM/UEMs, VPN appliances and more.
You’ll support integrations to our growing enterprise, and we believe that we can accomplish this by incorporating many of our systems together and automating what we can. What to expect:
- Support Corporate IT infrastructure, office networking, security updates and patching
- Independently manage Active Directory, Okta, Palo Alto VPN, G-Suite, MDM, 3CX, and Teleport.
- Work with People Operations to provision users for onboarding and carry out offboarding tasks.
- Support remote employees with IT equipment setup, work with urgency and a strong dedication to customer service for our internal customers.
- Partner with Security Operations on cybersecurity compliance, create solutions for software integrations and review user requests.
Our new team member will need:
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think strategically about solutions
- Strong communication skills within a team and with internal employees
- Proven experience in Firewalls/Networking. (Palo Alto)
- In depth knowledge of Windows Desktop / Mac / Linux / Windows Server 2016-2022
- Intermediate experience with Linux servers
- Ivanti Neurons for MDM or similar (InTune, JAMF)
- Professional experience with email administration (Google Workspace)
- Proficient with IDP - Okta (SAML 2.0, OIDC)
- Atlassian Suite Administrator experience (Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Desk)
- Security and Patching Tools (WSUS, Crowdstrike, Tenable, Ivanti Neurons)
- Experience or willingness to learn Bash and Powershell scripting
- Teleport Server Access experience preferred
- 3CX or other PBX experience preferred
- Be able to work independently on all of the above
- Lead with a customer first attitude and work with urgency to get the job done and done right the first time.
Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000
This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
