About you:

You’ll thrive as a User Research Manager if you have…

  • An extensive research portfolio showcasing expertise in leading highly technical products, with proven success in high-impact projects.

  • 2+ years of experience managing both junior and senior researchers on complex projects, setting strategy and breaking down complex asks into individual projects.

  • Comfort with stakeholder collaboration in a fully remote environment to discover insights, identify unmet needs, craft better products, and significantly impact company strategy.

  • Exceptional people-problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving research processes, supporting career growth in senior levels and above, and collaborating with cross-functional managers as a team.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate research vision and strategy at all organizational levels.

  • Experience leveraging common Research methodologies, including moderated and unmoderated usability studies, contextual inquiries, in-depth interviews, surveys (CSAT, UMUX, etc), and diary studies.

  • Willingness to sweat the details to ensure that the products that ship continuously exceed our customer’s expectations.

  • Examples of demonstrating any of the following qualities: growth mindset, shares work early and often, bias toward action, motivation to make things better, comfortable with ambiguity, love of craft & quality, and optimistic about the future.

Our Core Behaviors:

  • Obsess over customer experience. We deeply understand what we’re building and who we’re building for and serving. We define the leading edge of what’s possible in our industry and deliver the future for our customers
  • Move with heartfelt urgency. We have a healthy relationship with impatience, channeling it thoughtfully to show up better and faster for our customers and for each other. Time is the most limited thing we have, and we make the most of every moment
  • Say the hard thing with care. Our best work often comes from intelligent debate, critique, and even difficult conversations. We speak our minds and don’t sugarcoat things — and we do so with respect, maturity, and care
  • Make your mark. We seek out new and unique ways to create meaningful impact, and we champion the same from our colleagues. We work as a team to get the job done, and we go out of our way to celebrate and reward those going above and beyond for our customers and our teammates

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
