We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Development who will be responsible for Webflow’s inbound channels. Webflow is growing fast from product-led growth (PLG) sensation to enterprise mainstay. You’ll play a key role in enabling and accelerating our business: generating pipeline for the sales team and hiring world-class, diverse talent with career pathways to make an impact across our business.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in the Chicago market. We've structured the pay range to be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- $197,500 - $271,500
For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. - Reporting to the Director, Sales Development
As a Manager, Sales Development you’ll …
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of outbound sales development representatives
- Coach team on identifying high-potential customers and personalized messaging that delivers qualified pipeline to our Enterprise and Corporate sales teams
- Foster a culture of coaching (call shadowing, mock role plays, etc.) in order to ramp new reps and continue building their sales acumen and Webflow value knowledge set throughout their tenure as an SDR
- Ensure the team efficiently and effectively qualify inbound signals within target accounts as well as develop outbound strategies while leveraging marketing resources for particular campaigns.
- Drive accountability of team daily/weekly metrics
- Effectively report on your business and forecast weekly against monthly/quarterly goals
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure meeting Quality/Quantity and proper follow-up
- Work with with the People Team and cross-functional leaders to create strong paths for career advancement within Sales, as well as to roles within other areas of the business
- Be in office 3 days per week with your team to foster an energized, coaching-focused, collaborative environment

About you:
You’ll thrive as a Manager, Sales Development if you:
- Have 2+ years of Sales Development leadership experience
- Possess a strong belief that sales is done on the phone, and supported by other channels of outreach
- Have experience working cross-functionally with teams like Marketing and Enterprise Sales on content, talk tracks, execution and lead optimization.
- Have ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
- Have experience hiring, onboarding, and continuously developing direct reports that are early in their sales careers
- Have experience working with Salesforce.com, marketing/sales automation platforms (ie Outreach or Salesloft) and the next wave of AI driven sales development tools. Ideally, have experience driving positive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Have experience in a closing role yourself, ideally comfortable with full-cycle outbound sales.
- Possess a passion around developing people, are comfortable giving feedback and strive to have a high-performing, energized team
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
