Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (Plus Commission)

Schedule: Monday to Friday – Weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities of an Account Executive include:

  • Completing all the required training to become proficient in the use of all company-provided sales tools and reporting programs.
  • Be proficient in the use of company sales presentations and marketing materials to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
  • Identify and develop individual training objectives to improve personal performance.
  • Participate in the team selling/strategic account selling activities to win key targeted accounts. Working with your supervisor and other operational associates to identify and bundle our maintenance services and project service offerings.
  • Increase existing client services by identifying and expanding the services currently provided to include additional services (i.e. HVAC Preventive Maintenance, Building Automation, Energy, etc.)
  • As part of the Maintenance Sales Rep’s primary objectives and responsibilities, they are expected to maintain a certain level of sales activities including Lead Backlog, Prospect Backlog, Quoted Backlog, Targeted Accounts, and Sales Leads.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or College Degree (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
