About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Associate to join the team at Sixteenth, supporting our creators and clients in delivering standout campaigns from sign-off to completion.
As the bridge between brands, agencies, and our roster of creators, you’ll ensure campaigns run seamlessly—guiding creators through the process, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving commercial success. You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring every partnership reflects the quality, creativity, and professionalism Sixteenth is known for.
Here’s What You’ll Do Day to Day:
- Manage the full campaign pipeline for assigned creators, from sign-off through delivery and wrap-up.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with brands and agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration between all parties.
- Interpret campaign briefs and guide creators through the creative and execution process to deliver exceptional results.
- Confidently pitch and cross-sell creators across the Sixteenth roster at every campaign stage—before, during, and after delivery.
- Analyze creator performance metrics (engagement, conversions, repeat partnerships) and share insights that help improve content and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Talent Managers to evaluate opportunity fit and develop creator growth strategies.
- Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Coordinate gifting requests, deliveries, and product logistics with efficiency and care.
- Support Talent Managers on smaller deals (under £3k) and ad-hoc projects.
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in campaign management within influencer or creator marketing.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with strong multitasking skills.
- Excellent administrative and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A creative and strategic thinker who can identify content opportunities and guide performance improvements.
- A genuine passion for the Creator Economy, digital storytelling, and influencer culture.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and functionality to improve workflow efficiency, research, and communication.
- Proactive, independent, and resourceful with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Coachable and open to feedback, always eager to learn and grow.
- Humble, collaborative, and ready to roll up your sleeves—no task is too small.
- Committed to self-development and continuous professional growth.
