Product Manager - Integrations

United States (Remote)

Job Description

Wheelhouse is a revenue management platform serving the $500B+ flex rental space. Our technology empowers short & mid-length stay operators managing single-family homes, apartment buildings, and hotels—a broad and massive addressable market. Wheelhouse believes a more flexible & connected world is both inevitable & important, and we build technology to ensure the businesses enabling this lifestyle can thrive.

As a team, we enjoy shipping products our customers love, on time or ahead of schedule, while balancing work/life & having fun together. We're best described as transparent & collaborative, and we strive to set our teammates up for success—both professionally & personally. We're a remote-first, work-anywhere, and "yes—you should make time for that adventure/vacation" company that believes "healthy hustle" is the key to sustainable growth.

Now, we're looking for a Product Manager to drive execution around our fast-growing API & partnerships business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and business strategy. You'll play a critical role in shaping the roadmap for our APIs, integrations and embeds, working closely with engineering, partnerships, and finance to deliver solutions that help Wheelhouse scale our revenue & install base.

You should be excellent at speaking to external stakeholders, defining/refining product requirements, finding the best solution the first time, spotting potential areas of miscommunication or misunderstanding early, and guiding multiple cross-functional teams through the entire product development process - from docs to deployment and iteration. Over time, you'll own key product areas within our core platform, as well.

This is an excellent role for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who enjoys strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and having a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

We’re looking for someone who

  • 4-6+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business requirements
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical architecture, APIs, and integrations
  • Comfortable with data analysis using SQL or similar tools to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Familiarity with product development processes, agile methodologies, and shipping software iteratively
  • Experience gathering requirements from customers and translating them into clear product specifications and user stories
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to communicate product vision and tradeoffs clearly to engineers, executives, customers, and cross-functional partners
  • Actively learning and adapting — considers diverse perspectives as a source of creativity and a driver of innovation. Embraces new paradigms and learns them deeply
  • Customer-centric mindset with experience conducting user research, synthesizing feedback, and advocating for customer needs
  • Bonus: technical background or experience in revenue management, pricing, and hospitality tech

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to prioritize the product roadmap for integrations, APIs, and embeds, balancing partner needs, developer experience, and business impact
  • Conduct discovery through partner interviews, API usage analysis, and developer feedback to identify integration pain points and opportunities
  • Define product requirements, API specifications, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering, partnerships, and customer success teams
  • Work closely with engineering to scope new integrations, API enhancements, and embed features — making tradeoffs and ensuring smooth execution from design through launch
  • Analyze integration performance and adoption using SQL, API analytics, and customer feedback to inform iterations and prioritization
  • Partner with external technical teams (PMS/OTAs) and internal account management to understand integration challenges, troubleshoot blockers, and translate insights into product improvements
  • Champion integration reliability and developer experience — identify patterns in API issues, advocate for better documentation and tooling, and ensure monitoring and error handling are prioritized
  • Be the voice of integration partners and developers within the organization — spotting gaps, driving alignment on API strategy, and ensuring we're building what enables seamless connectivity

Why Join Us:

  • Shape the integrations and API strategy at a fast-growing SaaS company in a massive, evolving market
  • Drive meaningful impact on partner satisfaction, platform extensibility, and ecosystem growth
  • Work closely with a collaborative, technical team where your decisions directly influence how we connect with the broader market
  • Opportunity to grow into senior product leadership as our integration ecosystem and product org scale
  • Small-team environment where your contributions to our platform strategy are highly visible and impactful

Perks and Benefits:

  • The estimated OTE for this role is $150,000-$175,000/year
  • Competitive salary, cash bonus potential and equity
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for each US employee
  • Fidelity 401k available for each US employee
  • Unlimited PTO
  • And…more!

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
