Payroll Coordinator
We're looking for a talented and passionate Payroll Coordinator to join Wildlife's Payroll Team in São Paulo.

What you'll do
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of global payroll, including onboarding, terminations, and benefits administration for all countries (Brazil, Finland and the United States);
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory deadlines (payroll taxes and fillings);
- Improve and add efficiency to current global payroll processes;
- Implement required controls, metrics and quality measurement indicators;
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all payroll inputs are delivered on time;
- Partner with other functional leads (including in Legal, Finance, Accounting and People teams) to support with questions, reports, conciliations and other needs;
- Manage the employee's life cycle (vacation, leaves, salary changes, among others) processes;
- Responsible to develop and implement systems and automations to support fast growth;
- Lead the Payroll team, aiming at team member's career development within Wildlife.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience with payroll processes and labor legislation;
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices;
- Experience in payroll implementation and system integrations;
- Experience in project managing of payroll and benefits implementation;
- University degree or equivalent work experience;
- Advanced English;
- Proficiency with Excel.
