Accounting Analyst
We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to play a key role in our Controllership team, overseeing and improving the monthly financial close and contributing to the accuracy and reliability of Wildlife’s financial reporting.
As our operations continue to evolve, having strong and scalable accounting processes is critical. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly close process, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned. You will play a key role in ensuring that accounting information accurately reflects the business and supports decision-making at a group level.
You will work closely with Tax, FP&A, and other Finance teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of complex transactions, while also understanding how local entries impact group consolidation. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate trade-offs between accuracy, timelines, and business needs.
You will also contribute to improving and scaling our accounting processes, helping us reduce closing timelines, enhance controls, and build a more efficient and reliable reporting environment.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute monthly financial close for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Draft and maintain accounting policies, technical memos, and procedures (US GAAP / IFRS)
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in the closing cycle
- Partner with Tax, FP&A, and other teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of complex transactions
- Support external audits and BPO providers, acting as a key point of contact
- Analyze financial data and investigate variances and unusual transactions
- Understand and analyze the impact of local accounting entries in the group consolidation, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and FX effects
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
- Solid experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting;
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS;
- Proven experience with monthly close processes;
- Solid understanding of consolidation concepts, including intercompany eliminations, FX/CTA, and multi-entity structures;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with audits (Big 4 is a plus).

- Experience with multi-entity / international structures;
- Exposure to process automation or data tools;
- MBA or specialization in Accounting/Finance;
- Fluent in English.
