We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to power our regional field marketing efforts with compelling, strategic content. You’ll be the go-to content lead for the region - co-driving ABM initiatives (1:1 and 1:few), fueling pipeline with localized assets, and helping regional leaders build a distinctive voice in the market. Whether it’s for ENGAGE events, executive roundtables, partner activations, or industry campaigns—you’ll be shaping the stories that win hearts and drive results.

Meet the Job

ABM & Field marketing support

● Co-develop and execute content strategies that support ABM campaigns across 1:1 and 1:few programs;

● Partner closely with field marketing managers to localize messaging and accelerate pipeline in key accounts.

Regional storytelling & thought leadership

● Shape and execute content that builds regional leadership presence, including blogs, interviews, and thought pieces tailored to local challenges;

● Help local spokespeople and execs refine their narratives and stand out in key industry moments.

Event content strategy & execution

● Lead content planning and asset creation for regional events, including ENGAGE, roadshows, and partner-led sessions;

● Own pre-event, onsite, and post-event content deliverables to maximize engagement and follow-up.

Customer & partner amplification

● Source and develop regional customer success stories, quotes, and use cases that resonate with local audiences;

● Collaborate with partner marketing to align narratives and co-create impactful content.

Content management & distribution

● Ensure regional content is published, shared, and amplified across appropriate channels—email, LinkedIn, sales enablement, etc.;

● Maintain content calendars and update regional content hubs with fresh, localized materials.

Performance  monitoring

● Track content effectiveness in campaigns and events, working with analytics and field teams to iterate and improve.

Content Hub management

● Maintain and update the regional content hub with the latest localized and global assets;

● Ensure content is organized, accessible, and aligned with both global standards and regional use.

Collaboration with global teams

● Coordinate with global and regional content managers to align messaging, share assets, and support global initiatives;

● Adapt global narratives to ensure local resonance without compromising core messaging.

Regional PR & communications

● Support regional PR efforts by contributing to press releases, bylined articles, and local media initiatives;

● Work with PR and marketing teams to ensure consistency of voice in external communications.

SEO & Competitive Insights

● Apply basic SEO techniques to regional content to improve discoverability and organic performance;

● Monitor local market trends and competitor positioning to inform content direction and identify opportunities.

How about you

● 4+ years of content marketing or content strategy experience, ideally in B2B tech or fintech;

● Strong writing and editing skills—able to adapt global messages for regional impact;

● Experience supporting ABM campaigns and working closely with field marketing and sales;

● A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on ability to deliver assets end-to-end;

● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and partner teams;

● Familiarity with content performance tracking, SEO basics, and campaign KPIs;

● Fluent in English. Additional regional language is a plus.
