Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Operations Associate, APJ to join our growing team.
This role is the first Marketing Operations hire at Workato in APJ. This exciting opportunity will tap into your strong project management, attention to detail, and analytical and interpersonal skills to drive the success of our marketing programs in the region. You will be responsible for partnering closely with our APJ-based and US-based marketing teams and our in-region sales ops team.
This role is based in APJ and reports to Director, Marketing Operations in San Francisco.
In this role, you will be responsible to:
- Marketing Tech Stack:
-
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack to align with business objectives. Spearhead the rollout of new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and drive growth.

Serve as the subject matter expert for all Marketing Technology, including Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Workato.

Develop and maintain data hygiene workflows, ensuring the accuracy and segmentation of marketing databases by key criteria.

- Reporting and Analytics:
-
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Sigma and Salesforce to track KPIs, pipeline & growth performance, and campaign ROI. Provide actionable insights to marketing and leadership teams.

Co-own APAC marketing’s annual pipeline target planning and pacing by extracting forecasts and analyzing historical data to guide regional and global strategies.

- Execution:

Support Global Marketing and wider Go-to-Market (GTM) team with Marketo & Salesforce campaign creation, tracking, attribution, and lead routing.

Contribute to strategic initiatives in Organic, Paid, Events, and SDR channels - driving measurable increases in pipeline, revenue, and marketing efficiency.

Drive marketing data integrity and standardization across the GTM stack, troubleshooting and optimizing workflows for scalability.

Create and maintain intake forms, email templates & audiences, lead upload, and global ticketing workflows while ensuring proper data synchronization across systems.

Make sure that opportunities and meetings are tagged correctly in Salesforce on both opportunity and campaign activity levels.

Maintain and manage the APJ Database in Marketo and ensure that proper segments and standardization are adhered.

Partner with GTM, Business Technology, and other cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that address business challenges.
- Workato:

Design and implement Workato recipes to streamline marketing processes and enhance workflow automation. Achieve Workato Automation Pro III.

Maintain and optimize marketing Bots/Genies to maximize marketing productivity.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing/Sales/Growth Operations experience
-
A technical bachelor's degree is preferred
-
Must have experience with Marketo and Salesforce (Certifications preferred but not required). Must have hands-on experience with Outreach as well
-
Demonstrated expertise in building mature marketing technology stacks, integrating marketing tools to support business objectives, and establishing scalable processes

Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs

Must be data-driven, have a natural knack for technology, and be able to demonstrate technical ability
