Responsibilities
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated People Partner Intern to join our People Team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining exposure to the business partner function. As an intern, you’ll support key people initiatives that help drive an outstanding employee experience and day-to-day operations while learning how People Business Partners align HR strategy with business needs.
You’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals and business stakeholders to learn about and gain hands-on experience in people operations, cross-functional collaboration, and HR programs and processes in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
During this internship, you will:

Support our global People Business Partners in gathering data, processing job changes, creating reports, and developing materials to inform HR strategies and employee programs

Assist with coordinating employee engagement activities and communications
-
Help track and organize employee lifecycle programs and processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, individual growth plans, etc.)

Participate in employee listening efforts (e.g., pulse surveys) and summarize insights

Research and benchmark best practices in HR and organizational development

Shadow and attend meetings with People Business Partners and business leaders to understand how HR supports business goals

Help contribute to improving our teams document storage and knowledge-sharing practices

Collaborate with team members on special projects related to performance management, talent development, DEI, and change management initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field

Strong interest in a career in Human Resources or People Operations
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
-
Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
-
Prior internship or project experience in HR, talent management, or a people-facing role is a plus

For California applicants, the pay for this role may range between $20 - $22 plus variable, benefits, perks and equity.
