You will partner closely with instructional designers to translate learning design outlines into polished, learner-ready courses—leveraging strong interaction design, visual storytelling, and technical accuracy to deliver an intuitive and effective learning experience, while aligning with Workato Academy’s design standards.

You will also be responsible to:

  • Learning Experience Development: Translate learning design outlines into detailed storyboards, interaction flows, and multimedia designs, and develop them into engaging, learner-centric eLearning modules. Apply best practices in interaction design, visual storytelling, and content flow while maintaining instructional intent.
  • Content Production & Craft: Develop high-quality learning assets—including conceptual modules, scenario-based exercises, assessments, and product demonstrations—that simplify complex technical concepts and promote practical understanding.
  • Technical Interpretation: Collaborate with instructional designers to express technical concepts clearly through well-structured content, interactions, and multimedia elements.
  • Content Quality & Standards: Ensure all deliverables meet Workato Academy standards for usability, accessibility, consistency, and visual quality across formats and devices.
  • Content Maintenance & Scalability: Maintain and update learning content in accordance with product releases, ensuring accuracy while designing assets for efficient updates and reuse.
  • Continuous Improvement: Incorporate learner feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input to improve content effectiveness, usability, and engagement over time.
  • Course Staging & LMS Publishing: Stage and publish courses in the LMS, managing modules, assessments, and supporting assets (thumbnails, certificates, etc) to ensure a seamless learner experience.

  • Proficiency in eLearning and multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML) to develop and enhance interactive learning experiences.
