Strategic Customer Success Manager

 

At Workshop, the Strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key partner to our largest and most complex customers. In this role, you’ll build deep relationships, guide strategic adoption, and help our customers get real value from Workshop.

As an experienced CSM, you understand the nuanced needs of enterprise customers and you’ll bring that experience to the table serving as a trusted partner who drives adoption, leads impactful QBRs, surfaces growth opportunities, and ensures long-term customer value through proactive engagement and collaboration. You’ll also work closely with our Account Managers, Product, and Support teams to align on what matters most to each customer.

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers, helping them unlock value through Workshop’s products, features, and workflows
  • Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure alignment on goals, share product updates, and reinforce the partnership’s impact
  • Inspire new use cases and creative adoption through 1:1 conversations and tailored enablement
  • Monitor customer health across your segment, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for customer resources and collaborate internally to develop and deliver effective solutions that support your segment’s needs
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing product feedback and influencing roadmap decisions
  • Own customer renewals, including identifying opportunities to convert to multiyear agreements and expanding customer value

You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:

  • Experience in a Customer Success Manager role
  • A thoughtful, consultative approach to customer engagement
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships and navigate large organizations
  • Strength in working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills across both internal teams and customer stakeholders
