Marketing & Sales Analytics

  • Lead the measurement and optimization of direct mail, digital campaigns, and outbound sales performance.
  • Establish ROI frameworks and profitability models to guide investment decisions across marketing and sales channels.
  • Drive segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to maximize reach and conversion.

Executive Storytelling & Influence

  • Foster an environment where the team feels empowered to challenge assumptions, test hypotheses, and pursue innovative approaches.
  • Actively engage in talent planning and succession efforts to grow future leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, or another quantitative field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analytics, marketing/sales analytics, or strategy roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in management consulting or a strategy leadership role. Proven success in a customer-facing or growth-oriented business is a plus.
  • Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional transformation initiatives that require cross-departmental collaboration and a system-level approach to strategic planning.
  • Expertise in creating executive-ready narratives and presentations that shape decisions.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior executives and driving business outcomes through analytics.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Looker, Excel)

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
