Why we're hiring:
The Growth Insights Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient management and execution of data operations within EDG department. This individual is responsible for working with the wider team of data professionals to ensure the timely and accurate collection, processing, and analysis of data, aligning with organizational objectives and standards. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality data outcomes.
Supporting a major client, you will strategically manage the program with senior client stakeholders and identify new insight opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
- Organise, plan and agree on major data-related initiatives and developments within the Enterprise Data Group and major client workstream to ensure delivery in a timely manner.
- Provide strategic leadership and be a focal point for all data projects within the Enterprise Data Group and major client workstream.
- Lead delivery and take ownership for maintaining our major client dashboards.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate the communications with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and agency business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and prioritize initiatives accordingly.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and queries and provide guidance to multiple stakeholders as and when required.
- Introduce governance processes, develop project documentation, and provide regular progress reports to C-level Executives.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all processes and systems.
- Analyse WPP/agency inefficiency & opportunity, and lead the definition and application of methodologies to ensure continuous improvements
- Provide leadership on projects to get critical work done through an in-depth understanding of executive stakeholder requirements and needs, and agencies’ businesses through the digital lens.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to direct reports in the Enterprise Data Group team and act as strategic advisor to key executives in critical roles as agreed
What you'll need:
- Experience in project, change management and business analysis
- Data literate
- Ability to drive teams and build relationships with people at all levels of an organization
- Ability to quickly develop a sound understanding of finance, marketing & growth and risk aspects that exist in the ‘modern media agency’
- A consummate, proactive communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to take a bigger picture strategic perspective, balanced with an eye for details and a willingness to roll sleeves up to get the job done
