The Role

You are a core part of WPP Content Studio, responsible for building, managing, and scaling creator and influencer collaborations that deliver against brand, business, and content objectives.

You understand that creators are not media placements.
They are partners, storytellers, and reputational extensions of a brand.

You know how to identify the right type of creator for the job.
Sometimes that is a high-reach influencer.
Sometimes it is a niche creator.
Sometimes it is someone who simply knows how to tell a story well.

You are comfortable navigating both worlds.
Sourcing directly where needed, and working with specialist casting and creator agencies when scale, access, or risk requires it.

You are highly organized, commercially sharp, and calm under pressure.
You manage complexity without slowing the work down.

You are also client-facing, working closely with Account, Content Strategy, and Content Creation teams to ensure creator work is aligned, compliant, and creatively effective.

You are AI and platform-literate or keen, able to or interested to operate within client-designated creator platforms, and comfortable using tools to manage data, reporting, and workflows efficiently.

In short, you are the person who makes creator collaboration work smoothly, safely, and at speed.
