We're seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to drive the rollout and adoption of our critical Wrike Program solutions across WPP and WPP Media.

This pivotal, hands-on leadership role involves driving the planning, coordination, and successful rollout of Wrike solutions and features across our global businesses. You'll champion implementation, actively contributing to change activities and fostering strong relationships across Product, Platform & Governance teams, Wrike, and senior leadership.

Your work will directly impact business-critical workflows, significantly enhancing operational efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption for agency teams worldwide. Operating within a globally distributed model, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across time zones to deliver measurable outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of all Wrike Program solutions and feature releases across WPP and WPP Media.
  • Act as a trusted partner, guiding business stakeholders through successful planning, readiness, rollout, and adoption phases.
  • Develop and execute strategic implementation roadmaps, aligning them with critical business priorities and dependencies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Platform & Governance teams to ensure aligned rollout sequencing and implementation strategies.
  • Proactively communicate and manage expectations with business units regarding new features, enhancements, and solution readiness.
  • Maintain clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, and outcomes through robust tracking, reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Lead and mentor the Implementation Tower team, including regional Implementation Managers and the Change Success Manager.
  • Ensure consistent and effective execution of implementation activities globally, covering onboarding, configuration, rollout support, and issue resolution.
  • Provide hands-on support for implementation and change activities during critical phases or complex rollouts.
  • Drive adoption, enablement, and continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and metrics to enhance future delivery outcomes.

What you'll need:

  • Global Implementation Leadership: Proven leadership in large-scale, global platform implementations or complex enterprise delivery roles.
  • Expert Program Management: Strong project and program management skills, specifically managing complex, multi-region delivery roadmaps.
  • Team & Leader Development: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing delivery teams and people leaders.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ability to align implementation plans with business priorities and consistently ensure commitments are met.
  • Delivery Tracking & Communication: Proficiency in tracking, reporting, and communicating delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills across Product, Platform, Governance, and other key cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on Contribution: Willingness and ability to directly contribute to implementation and change activities when needed.

Highly Desired Skills and Experience

  • Matrixed Organisation Experience: Operating effectively within global, matrixed organizational structures.
  • Change & Adoption Leadership: Experience driving large-scale adoption, change management, or enablement initiatives.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Comfort and effectiveness in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to improve delivery methodologies, rollout approaches, and execution models.
  • Platform Familiarity: Experience with enterprise workflow or SaaS platforms (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Familiarity with adoption metrics, success measurement, and continuous improvement practices.
