Role Summary and Impact

WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive, SEO to join our team. Reporting to the Director, SEO, you will be supporting the team in planning, implementing, and maintaining content marketing, outreach, and SEO strategies for our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Analysis & Implementation: Dive headfirst into exciting SEO projects for our clients, where you'll get to uncover keyword trends, analyze website performance, and put those strategies into action.

 

  • Technology & Tool Utilization: Harness the power of cutting-edge SEO and AI tools to craft winning SEO strategies for a roster of high-profile clients.

 

  • Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest SEO and industry trends and share these insights with your team.

 

  • Process & Platform Mastery: Gain a comprehensive understanding of and master team workflows, client SEO requirements, and the operational aspects of key SEO platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Support the implementation and execution of the upcoming GSO developments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand and analyze large volumes of data.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to interpret and manage client requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • A passion for SEO and an eagerness to learn new industry trends.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is highly preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in SEO, CRO/UX, or Content Marketing and knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus.
