About the rol

We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Director of Analytics and Marketing Measurement with at least 10 years of progressive experience in applying advanced analytics to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of marketing measurement, transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions, optimize campaign performance, and demonstrate the ROI of marketing investments. This role involves leading a team of analysts and working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Analytics Leadership: Define and implement the marketing analytics and measurement strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts/scientists (e.g., a team of +30 people), fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative environment.
  • Marketing Measurement & Optimization: Oversee the design and implementation of advanced marketing measurement models such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), A/B testing, Brand Lift, and advertising effectiveness analysis.
  • Actionable Insights Generation: Translate complex data and model results into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders (marketing, sales, general management).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and technology teams to integrate analytics capabilities across all functions and processes.
  • Innovation & Technology Adoption: Identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies in analytics, measurement, and AI (including Generative AI) to enhance the company's capabilities.
  • Client/Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, presenting the value and results of analytical solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the company's vision on measurement, advertising effectiveness, and market trends through presentations or publications.
  • Project & Budget Management: Plan and manage analytics projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and participate in the management of the analytics department's budget.

 

  1. Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or a related field. Master's degree/Postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in analytics, marketing measurement, business intelligence, or data science roles, with at least 3-5 years in a team leadership or project management position in the media or advertising industries.

Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), A/B testing, Brand Lift, and advertising effectiveness analysis.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Working knowledge of databases and query languages (SQL).
  • Familiarity with the use and application of Generative AI in marketing contexts.
  • Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior methodologies.
  • Languages: Fluent (written and spoken) in Spanish and English.

  • Collaboration & Influence: Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactivity & Innovation: Capacity to identify new opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and adapt to a changing environment.
