Role Summary and Impact
As the Digital Strategy Planning & Execution Manager, this role drives cross-team excellence by sharing the latest industry trends and best practices, providing day-to-day strategic oversight, and setting clear guidelines for the development of holistic digital strategies. The position champions the use of proprietary products and tracks progress toward key objectives across accounts, while elevating the team’s expertise in the digital media ecosystem through structured training programs and certification planning. It also manages essential administrative processes—including vacations, hiring, and compliance—and supports career growth paths within the Nexus Media Planning team. Additionally, the role ensures rigorous media buying audits, guaranteeing alignment with GroupM standards and overarching digital strategy, ultimately strengthening performance, efficiency, and strategic cohesion across all teams.
Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, industry trends, and best practices.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated digital strategies.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and support career development.
- Experience managing training programs, certifications, and capability-building initiatives.
- Solid organizational and administrative management, including staffing processes and operational compliance.
- Experience conducting media buying audits and ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic guidelines.
