Role Summary and Impact
The Multidiscipline Finance Senior Associate is a pivotal role specializing in the precise execution and financial control of media investments. This position acts as the guarantor of governance, ensuring visibility, traceability, and administrative and financial compliance across all campaigns. By leading key processes such as invoicing management, budget control, monthly closings, and reconciliations, and by serving as a central point for internal and external audits, this role minimizes financial risks, optimizes operational efficiency, and ensures adherence to policies and client requirements. Its direct impact translates into enhanced financial accuracy, robust audit capabilities, and the provision of critical information that drives confidence and strategic decision-making.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in media operations, finance operations, or media administration roles.
- Proven experience in financial control of both offline and digital media campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience with auditing processes, including gathering support documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Strong background in invoicing and financial reconciliation processes.
- Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders, including agencies, clients, finance teams, and legal departments.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail (critical for success in this role).
- Robust analytical and financial thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in process management and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to articulate financial insights and coordinate effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other tracking tools.
- Desirable: Experience with financial and media intelligence tools such as Datorama, MAP, or investment dashboards.
