More about Your team

You will be joining the EMEA New Business team as an Account Executive and you will be responsible for acquiring new logos in the SMB/Mid Market space and hitting revenue goals!

Our EMEA New Business Sales organisation is based both in Dublin and Prague, and we are flexible to hire in any of those two hubs. In this hybrid work environment we’re open to remote team members too, so you could choose to work remotely based in any other city within Ireland or Czech Republic.

How You’ll make an impact 

  • Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close
  • Proactively engaging with Prospect accounts through targeted outreach campaigns rather than relying solely on inbound requests
  • Conducting consultative discovery calls to deeply understand customer pain points, business objectives, and growth opportunities
  • Implementing a solutions-based selling approach that clearly articulates Wrike's ROI and aligns our solutions with customer needs
  • Delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations that showcase how Wrike solves specific customer challenges
  • Utilizing sales intelligence tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase) to identify key stakeholders and manage your pipeline
  • Collaborating with Customer Success, Solutions, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and 100% satisfaction
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets

You will achieve your best if you have

  • 1-3 years successful experience in a sales role (SaaS Preferred)
  • The ability to uncover business issues quickly
  • Great communication skills
  • German language proficiency

You will stand out with

  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Value Selling
  • Prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or work management solutions
  • Track record of success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Familiarity with the SaaS buying process and procurement cycles
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at multiple levels within an organization
