
Account Development Manager - Italian
About the Role:
- Are you ready to help teams worldwide work smarter with innovative technology? Wrike is seeking an energetic, tech-savvy Account Development Manager 1 (ADM1) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll build relationships with a diverse customer portfolio, identify new opportunities for Wrike adoption, and support customers through onboarding, guidance, and best practices. You’ll play a key role in empowering clients to reach their business goals and maximize their Wrike experience.

Your Impact:
- Proactively identify and qualify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within the existing customer base to recommend workflow optimizations and drive product adoption.
- Running the full sales cycle from engagement through contract generation and close.
- Deliver demos or presentations to promote additional features/products to current users.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risk or dissatisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions and basic support issues.
- Coordinate with the Renewals team for successful contract renewals.
- Managing a portfolio of assigned customers as well as inbound requests, product trials, and leads.
- Guiding customers through onboarding, sharing best practices, and leveraging Wrike to meet their unique objectives.
- Using Salesforce.com and other sales tools to manage your pipeline, process leads, and track opportunities.
Your Qualifications:
- Fluency with English and Italian language skills
- 1+ years of experience running the full sales cycle in a customer-facing Sales or Customer Success role, prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
- Business acumen to understand customer objectives and pain points
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Openness to feedback and a coachable mindset
Standout Qualities:
- Experience in work management, project management, or a track record of selling to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in Marketing, Professional Services, Manufacturing or Engineering
