Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

You will be:

  • supporting and driving cloud migration initiatives across business-critical systems,
  • designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps,
  • managing and optimizing Azure-based infrastructure and application environments,
  • automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code practices,
  • collaborating with development and architecture teams to ensure reliable and scalable deployments,
  • improving platform security, performance, and operational efficiency,
  • supporting application services and cloud-native solutions throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

 

 

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role, including extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure,
  • strong experience designing, managing, and optimizing Azure-based cloud environments and Azure DevOps pipelines,
  • practical experience with Azure App Services and Azure Functions,
  • experience supporting .NET-based application environments,
  • solid knowledge of Azure API Management (APIM) and Web Application Firewall (WAF),
  • hands-on experience with Terraform, preferably using the AzureRM provider,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
  • strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment best practices,
  • experience working on cloud migration or modernization projects,
  • ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate across multiple teams,
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills,
  • good command of English (min. B2).
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience working with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP,
  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
  • interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
