.NET Engineering Manager

You will be:

  • leading and supporting 3–5 engineering teams delivering modern SaaS products for the healthcare industry,
  • managing engineering teams from both delivery and technical leadership perspectives,
  • ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions,
  • removing blockers and enabling teams to perform at their best,
  • driving continuous process improvements across engineering teams,
  • fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and positive team culture,
  • providing technical guidance and ensuring appropriate architectural and engineering decisions,
  • working closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver business value,
  • supporting the modernization and consolidation of a large SaaS product portfolio,
  • promoting the effective use of AI-powered development tools throughout the software development lifecycle,
  • operating successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.

 

 

Your profile:

  • strong technical background in C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure,
  • experience leading multiple software engineering teams simultaneously,
  • solid understanding of software engineering best practices, architecture, and modern development methodologies,
  • experience managing software delivery, prioritization, and engineering processes,
  • ability to mentor engineers and support their professional growth,
  • experience removing delivery blockers and driving engineering excellence,
  • hands-on experience working with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, or similar,
  • excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
  • ability to balance technical leadership with people management,
  • experience working in fast-paced, product-oriented environments,
  • fluent English.
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.

  • Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
