You will be:

leading and supporting 3–5 engineering teams delivering modern SaaS products for the healthcare industry,
managing engineering teams from both delivery and technical leadership perspectives,
ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions,
removing blockers and enabling teams to perform at their best,
driving continuous process improvements across engineering teams,
fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and positive team culture,
providing technical guidance and ensuring appropriate architectural and engineering decisions,
working closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver business value,
supporting the modernization and consolidation of a large SaaS product portfolio,
promoting the effective use of AI-powered development tools throughout the software development lifecycle,
operating successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.

Your profile:

strong technical background in C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure,
experience leading multiple software engineering teams simultaneously,
solid understanding of software engineering best practices, architecture, and modern development methodologies,
experience managing software delivery, prioritization, and engineering processes,
ability to mentor engineers and support their professional growth,
experience removing delivery blockers and driving engineering excellence,
hands-on experience working with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, or similar,
excellent stakeholder management and communication skills,
ability to balance technical leadership with people management,
experience working in fast-paced, product-oriented environments,
fluent English.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.
Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
