Xomery is seeking a highly-motivated, detailed, and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist with a desire to join our company. This person will be responsible for building emails, automations, and other marketing motions that drive highly-qualified targeted marketing campaigns

The successful candidate will take an analytical approach by consistently finding solutions to maximize engagement, retention, and customer loyalty. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using HubSpot. 
  • Manage and optimize Xometry's marketing automation platform, ensuring ongoing system health, performance, and security. 
  • Configure lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, and marketing workflows to automate marketing activities and optimize lead conversion. 
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Xometry's marketing automation platform and other marketing and CRM systems (e.g., website analytics, salesforce). 
  • Collaborate with marketing campaign managers and designers to translate campaign goals into technical specifications for automation workflows. 
  • Analyze marketing automation data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing automation trends and technologies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal marketing teams.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing platform maintenance.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation or a related field.
  • Public company experience, particularly in the manufacturing or technology sector preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and marketing automation best practices. 
  • Comfort with processing and analyzing raw data and creating digestible reports using tools such as Segment. Snowflake and Looker (or similar platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with API integrations and data management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
