Vice President, Growth Marketing

The ideal candidate is an analytical marketer with deep expertise in growth strategy, performance marketing, full-funnel optimization, marketing analytics, and automation. They will own the roadmap for scaling customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, experimentation, marketing operations, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, marketplace-driven environment and can collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams to drive business impact.
- Develop and lead the growth marketing strategy to drive measurable customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Own demand generation across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting.
- Optimize full-funnel performance, from brand awareness to lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Lead performance marketing and SEO efforts, ensuring a data-driven approach to customer acquisition.
- Develop and scale strategic channel partnerships to drive new customer acquisition and expand market reach.
- Leverage analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, CRO, personalization) to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Manage marketing technology (MarTech) stack, ensuring best-in-class tools for attribution, automation, and personalization.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation systems, including Salesforce and Marketo, to drive efficiency, personalization, and lead nurturing.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Data teams to improve conversion rates and enhance the customer experience.
- Own budget and forecasting for growth marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient ROI and cost optimization.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in a highly competitive B2B, e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Proven track record in scaling acquisition and revenue growth through paid media, SEO, experimentation, and strategic partnerships.
- Highly analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and attribution modeling.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, programmatic, and performance-driven media buying.
- Experience leading full-funnel marketing strategies, optimizing conversion rates, and maximizing customer retention.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools, including Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Looker.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, attribution models, and multi-touch measurement.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance KPIs with a strong focus on ROI.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.
