About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Services Working Student to support our HR Operations Team with administrative and operational HR tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and workforce management within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and internal databases

Support contract administration, documentation checks, and compliance tracking

Handle employee inquiries and support the preparation of official letters and documentation for authorities

Provide support for ongoing HR projects and initiatives
Your Profile
-
Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Health Economics, or a related field

Minimum 2 semesters completed at university

Strong interest in HR operations and willingness to learn, develop, and grow in the role

Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style

Good organizational and time-management skills

Confident in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HR systems is a plus

Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
Work Experience

Prior experience as an HR Working Student or in an HR-related role is a plus, but not mandatory

Language Skills

English: B2 or higher

German: B2 or higher (native or near-native preferred)
