Business Development Manager

Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our European Sales Team, support our growth, and play an active role in our company’s business development. This role carries full responsibility for sales performance and customer relationships within a specific European region.
The ultimate goal of this position is to drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and long-term retention.
Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries and applications

Develop and expand the client base by identifying and acquiring new customers

Support customers in order design and solution selection

Monitor and control payments

Execute and achieve the assigned sales plan

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Requirements
-
Proven and successful experience in sales

English proficiency at minimum B2 level
-
Fluency (C1 level) in at least one of the following languages:
French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese -
Strong negotiation and communication skills

Technical mindset and ability to understand complex products or solutions

High level of responsibility, ownership, and commitment
