Position Summary
The Senior Fullstack Engineer’s responsibility will be to create and maintain custom high-performance Oracle PL/SQL applications that support real-time and analytical use cases in North American electric power markets. The position will leverage their knowledge of Oracle database development and be instrumental in the successful implementation of our browser-based, enterprise software product. You will design, develop, and test complex programs that run on a multi-terabyte database.

- Salary range: $120,000 -$160,000 - Dependent on Experience

Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL systems to efficiently process and manage large datasets.
- Contribute to full lifecycle development: requirements gathering, architecture/design, implementation, deployment, and production support.
- Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to streamline delivery and ensure system stability.
- Develop and maintain scalable frontend components using React and associated technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and offer thoughtful, technically sound solutions.
- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to team standards for code quality and system design.
- Provide technical mentorship and support junior developers in best practices and tool adoption.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, including:
- Oracle 11g/12c, packages, procedures, functions, types
- Performance tuning, query plan analysis, and trace file diagnostics
- Advanced features like partitioning, collections, and analytic functions
- Familiarity with Liquibase and Snowflake a plus
Frontend Experience
- 5+ years of experience with React and Redux (including sagas/context)
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, async/await, Webpack, and microfrontend architectures
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright)
- Familiarity with third-party visualization libraries such as Plotly, AgGrid, or MapboxGL
- UI/UX design experience is a plus
Middletier Experience
- 3–5 years of Java development experience preferred
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
- Proficiency in building and maintaining REST APIs
- Python experience is a plus
Engineering Practices
- Experience with Agile software development practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD, production support workflows, and scalable architecture principles
