We are seeking a driven Partnerships Manager to join the Product Partnerships team in North America or London as a Product Partnerships Manager. This person will be tasked with strengthening existing partnerships and driving thought leadership within Yext in the region, as well as sourcing and managing new strategic partners. We are looking for a creative problem solver and critical thinker adept at using new tools and strategies to accomplish these goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Partnerships, this is an opportunity to significantly impact a multifaceted organization interacting with the Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance team!
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the end-to-end owner for our App Directory, onboarding partners and helping with technical implementation and maintenance. Collaborate with App Directory partners on joint GTM opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage large complex opportunities with new and existing Data Partners in Product and Platform Partnerships, including evaluating the economic and strategic cost-benefit of prospective partnerships.
- Autonomously manage all North American data partnerships from sourcing through their entire lifecycle. Serve as the main POC for partners, working internally with Technical Partner Management and Product to ensure consistent functionality, and oversee contract renewals.
- Guide partners through the process of joining the Yext Publisher Network and App Directory programs and project manage announcements related to new partnerships.
- Work in partnership with Finance and Legal to manage the team’s annual budget, including but not limited to execution, reporting, and tracking of payments. This person is responsible for all global payments including execution, Salesforce and Tableau reporting, and tracking.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Executive leadership to successfully execute on the needs of Partner relationships
What You Have
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Technical acumen / basic knowledge of software development and APIs
- Bachelor's degree or similar college level education
- Experience with SaaS Platforms, Product/Content Partnerships, and Data Management
- Strong persuasion skills with the ability to drive consensus across multiple partners
- Effective at articulating and presenting complex concepts to cross-functional audiences using hard data and metrics to support assumptions
- Track record of organization-level influence
- Basic understanding of marketing technology and local SEO
- Technically proficient with a strong understanding of online technologies
- Entrepreneurial mentality

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
Annual Base Pay Range
$124,650 - $207,500 USD
