Vice President - Impact Partners

London, UK

Zeta Global is looking for a Vice President, Impact Partners – UK to drive significant new revenue growth across our strategic existing customer base.

This is a senior enterprise sales role. It is not a traditional Customer Success or account management position.

The VP, Impact Partner will own a portfolio of Zeta’s most important existing customers and will be accountable for identifying, creating, progressing and closing substantial new business opportunities within those accounts.

You will combine the commercial intensity and closing capability of an enterprise seller with the ability to develop deep, trusted relationships across complex global organisations. You will understand each customer’s strategic priorities, identify where Zeta can create greater business impact, build compelling transformation opportunities and bring the right capabilities from across Zeta together to win.

This role sits within our Customer Growth organisation, which is focused on unlocking the significant growth opportunity within Zeta’s installed customer base.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers

Take commercial ownership of a defined portfolio of Zeta’s most important UK customers, with a clear quota and responsibility for generating incremental revenue.

Develop a multi-year growth strategy for each account, identifying the opportunities capable of materially expanding Zeta’s relationship.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities and take accountability for converting that pipeline into closed revenue.

Create opportunities — don’t wait for them

Proactively identify whitespace across customers rather than relying on inbound demand or renewal cycles.

Understand customers’ business strategies, technology environments, marketing priorities, data challenges and transformation agendas and translate those into opportunities for Zeta.

Create compelling reasons for customers to invest rather than simply responding to existing requirements or RFPs.

Sell at C-suite level

Develop trusted relationships with senior executives including CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, Chief Customer Officers and other business leaders.

Build executive sponsorship for Zeta and establish relationships beyond our traditional day-to-day customer contacts.

Lead strategic conversations focused on business outcomes, growth and transformation rather than product functionality alone.

Sell the breadth of Zeta

Identify opportunities to expand customers across Zeta’s wider portfolio, bringing together capabilities spanning customer data, identity, intelligence, activation, marketing technology, loyalty, media and services.

Develop opportunities that solve significant customer problems and position Zeta as a strategic growth partner.

Build larger, multi-product and multi-year transformation opportunities rather than incremental point-solution sales.

Lead complex enterprise sales cycles

Own opportunities from initial idea through qualification, business case, solution development, commercial negotiation and close.

Build strong opportunity strategies, stakeholder maps and mutual action plans.

Navigate complex procurement, technology, security, legal and commercial processes within large enterprises.

Create urgency and maintain executive alignment throughout long and complex sales cycles.

Orchestrate Zeta around the customer

Bring together Solutions Consulting, Product, Services, Data, Marketing, Customer Success and executive leadership to create differentiated customer propositions.

Act as the commercial quarterback for strategic growth opportunities.

Ensure internal teams are aligned around the customer’s priorities, the opportunity strategy and the path to close.

Operate with commercial discipline

Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and opportunity management.

Apply rigorous qualification and go/no-go discipline to opportunities.

Prioritise the accounts and opportunities where Zeta has the strongest potential to create meaningful customer impact and significant revenue growth.

Work closely with the GVP, Customer Growth to build a repeatable and scalable existing-customer growth engine for the UK.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:

  • Consistently delivering against a significant expansion revenue target.
  • Creating new pipeline proactively within existing strategic customers.
  • Building a portfolio of meaningful enterprise opportunities, including £500k–£1m+ expansion and transformation deals.
  • Increasing the breadth and depth of Zeta’s relationships within priority customers.
  • Developing strong C-suite relationships and executive sponsorship.
  • Expanding customers into additional Zeta capabilities and solutions.
  • Creating multi-year strategic partnerships rather than transactional vendor relationships.
  • Producing accurate forecasts and maintaining strong commercial discipline.

What We’re Looking For

You are an accomplished enterprise seller with a track record of generating substantial growth within complex existing customer environments.

You will ideally bring:

  • Significant enterprise SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, data, CRM or digital transformation sales experience.
  • A proven track record of carrying and exceeding a substantial enterprise sales quota.
  • Demonstrable success creating and closing significant expansion business within existing enterprise customers.
  • Experience selling complex £500k–£1m+ opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, products or business units.
  • Strong new-business instincts — you create opportunities rather than simply manage an existing book of business.
  • Exceptional C-suite relationship-building and executive selling capability.
  • The ability to uncover whitespace and develop strategic account growth plans.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience orchestrating complex, cross-functional pursuit teams.
  • The ability to connect technology capabilities to measurable commercial and customer outcomes.
  • Experience operating within complex global or matrix organisations.

Experience within MarTech, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, customer data, loyalty, digital media or adjacent enterprise technology categories would be particularly valuable.

The Profile

This role requires someone who combines strategic account development with genuine enterprise hunting and closing capability.

You should be equally comfortable walking into an existing customer and asking “Where can Zeta create the next £1m of value?” as you are building the opportunity, navigating the buying organisation, negotiating the commercial structure and closing the deal.

You will inherit and need to build new executive relationships - not revenue opportunities.

Your job is to create them.

Why Zeta

Zeta Global is helping some of the world’s largest brands use data, intelligence and technology to acquire, grow and retain customers more effectively.

The UK is a strategic growth market for Zeta, and we are building a senior commercial organisation designed to deepen our relationships with existing customers while creating a separate, dedicated motion for new-logo acquisition.

For the right Strategic Account enterprise seller, this is an opportunity to take some of Zeta’s most important customer relationships and turn them into significantly larger strategic partnerships.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
