THE ROLE

Zeta Global Corp. seeks a Lead Analyst, Programmatic Analytics and Strategy in NYC to Serve as the client-facing lead responsible for communicating campaign strategy, reviewing campaign-based performance insights, and delivering narrative interpretations of data findings to external clients.

 

  • Partner with clients to understand business challenges.
  • Design analytic and testing plans to derive actionable intelligence aligned with client marketing objectives.
  • Own end-to-end campaign performance reporting, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend strategies such as expansion to additional channels, updates to targeting, or new analyses to address client business objectives.
  • Review and evaluate performance of programmatic models across revenue, delivery performance, and pacing metrics.
  • Pull and synthesize audience insights reports.
  • Design and implement controlled tests to evaluate model performance and feature effectiveness within the programmatic advertising platform.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to assess measurement tools and provide feedback on automation and model features to improve campaign reliability, reach, and effectiveness.
  • Develop innovative measurement tools and analytic solutions to advance the organization's programmatic analytics capabilities.
  • Consult with clients on the development and alignment of marketing programs across online and omnichannel digital media channels.
  • Determine campaign setup requirements including testing methodologies, reporting specifications, and optimization modeling parameters to ensure full impact and efficiency of programmatic campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign optimization results to clients, demonstrating value delivered against original business goals through structured presentations and data storytelling.
  • Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Use advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
  • Use data visualization and presentation tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint.

 

Option to telecommute 2 days per week.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics plus 4 years of experience required in the job offered or a similar occupation.

Salary expectations: $144,414/yr
