WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

Zinnia is transforming how technology supports life and annuity services, and well-structured IT knowledge systems are key to that mission. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced infrastructure and knowledge management professionals, helping you connect AI tools and IT systems to create intelligent, scalable documentation solutions.

As an ITO Knowledgebase Intern, you will learn how to extract and organize information from various IT platforms, design automated document generation processes, and build web interfaces that streamline knowledge access. You’ll gain experience using APIs, data preprocessing methods, and collaboration tools that bridge infrastructure and information design.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Extracting documents and related data from Atlassian IT ticketing systems and Confluence.
  • Gathering documents and transcriptions from Zoom calls and other support channels.
  • Utilizing APIs to interact with systems and pre-process data extracted.
  • Developing a web interface that interacts with the AI system to generate documents based on specific requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with the ITO teams on the shared initiative to develop an AI-driven knowledgebase management system.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any discipline), or a related field.
  • A strong ability and willingness to learn tools and applications used by Zinnia.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and web development is a plus.
  • Comfortable using platforms like Atlassian, Confluence, and Zoom.

The expected hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00, dependent on skills and location. The hourly range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
