We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager, EMEA Benefits to own and evolve our benefits strategy across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and governance of comprehensive benefits programs across EMEA to attract and retain talent while aligning with company goals
- Leveraging AI tools and data analytics to analyze benefits utilization and provide strategic recommendations
- Managing relationships and negotiations with brokers, consultants, and vendors while ensuring competitive offerings
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations across EMEA countries, proactively adapting to evolving legislative requirements
- Developing innovative communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and understanding of benefits programs
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs, with a focus on the EMEA region
- Proven expertise in leveraging technology and data analytics for benefits planning and decision-making
Authoritative knowledge of EMEA-specific benefits legislation and market practices - Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and presenting business cases
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in a fast-growing global technology or professional services company
- Advanced degree or certification in HR, benefits (e.g., GRP or CEBS)
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platform
