Position Overview:

Zynga’s mission is to connect the world through games and deliver delightful social experiences. As the Lead Product Manager on Game of Thrones Slots, you’ll help bring one of the world’s most iconic entertainment franchises to life inside a top-performing mobile game. The Lead Product Manager owns high-impact initiatives, drives measurable business outcomes, and elevates product strategy. The role combines creative problem solving, rigorous analytics, and a deep passion for player-focused development to craft experiences that resonate with our audience.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organization, clear communication, and process excellence. They understand all aspects of running a live mobile game and take pride in delivering features that delight players and strengthen the brand. Acting as a connective force across disciplines, this person aligns cross-functional partners and inspires crisp execution. The role will assume management of at least one direct report shortly after joining and will mentor more junior team members as the team continues to grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Design features and experiments to improve key game metrics 

  • Use both quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance and prioritize opportunities.

  • Analyze competitive products, deeply understand what drives feature success or failure, and translate learnings into action.

  • Establish requirements and oversee execution for high‑impact features and live operations.

  • Proactively ensure timely project delivery and team alignment on goals.

  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members, contributing to a low‑ego, collaborative product culture.

  • Foster strong cross‑functional communication across engineering, design, analytics, UA, marketing, and other global teams.

  • Champion clear processes that enable faster delivery and predictable outcomes.

  • Communicate updates and insights effectively to senior leaders.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience including free‑to‑play mobile games or consumer digital products.

  • Strong business acumen with familiarity across the full mobile game lifecycle including UA, monetization, live ops, feature development, and retention.

  • Deep empathy for players and track record of designing player first experiences.

  • Proven ability to lead cross‑team initiatives from concept through global launch.

  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and cross‑discipline collaboration.

  • Creative thinker with a whatever‑it‑takes approach to solving challenges.

  • Ability to inspire teams to do their best work and help others grow.

  • Advanced data literacy in experiment design, metric selection, and data interpretation. Comfort with SQL or willingness to learn is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

  • BA/BS degree
