We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s ready to take Paid Search and Display marketing to the next level in a dynamic business. In this role, you’ll create and execute high-impact strategies to drive measurable growth, optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), and align performance marketing with our broader business objectives. You’ll lead the charge in Paid Search campaigns, leveraging your deep understanding of the ecosystem to innovate and drive success, while also managing Display channels to ensure strong performance and seamless integration across platforms. What you’ll do
Paid Search Strategy & Execution
- Lead the paid search strategy across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Own end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning and execution to continuous optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
Display Marketing Strategy
- Develop and manage Display campaigns across Google Display Network, programmatic platforms, and other key networks, integrating display strategies with search efforts for cohesive messaging and targeting.
- Design and implement display remarketing and prospecting campaigns to support lead generation and retargeting efforts, expanding customer reach and maximizing conversions.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROAS, engagement, and other KPIs.
- Regularly report on channel performance, translating data into actionable insights and adjustments in strategy.
Campaign Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS across both Paid Search and Display channels.
- Use A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative elements, keywords, audience segments, and landing pages for optimal performance.
- Apply bid management techniques and leverage automation tools to improve efficiency, budget utilization, and campaign scalability.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Provide actionable performance insights and report on key metrics, including spend, ROAS, CPA, LTV, and other KPIs for both Paid Search and Display campaigns.
- Work closely with analytics teams to assess customer behavior and conversion trends, leveraging insights to adjust strategies and optimize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Product teams to develop compelling ad creative, copy, and landing pages tailored to both Paid Search and Display objectives.
- Partner with other acquisition channels (e.g., Paid Social, SEO) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging across channels.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation
- Utilize sophisticated targeting methods and segmentation strategies across both search and display to reach high-intent audiences effectively.
- Identify new audience opportunities, remarketing segments, and emerging trends within paid search and display to capture additional market share.
Industry Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools within both Paid Search and Display to maintain competitive advantage.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market shifts and adjust strategies to stay ahead.
Why we will love you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a primary focus on paid search and display channels; Google Ads and Display certifications a plus.
- Proven success in achieving growth and revenue goals through Paid Search and Display, with a strong track record in managing budgets and optimizing ROAS.
- Expert analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and display management platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of other digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Social) and experience integrating strategies across channels.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by a results-focused mindset.
