Why you want this job
We’re excited to add a Content Coordinator to our Internal Communications team! In this role, you’ll help bring our company story to life by writing about events, benefits, and the amazing things our people are doing. You’ll work with partners across the organization to make sure content gets created and shared on time, keeping projects moving smoothly. While you won’t be driving the overall strategy, you’ll be an important part of making sure our communications are clear, engaging, and connect with employees.
What you’ll do
- Write, draft, and edit a variety of written content including articles, emails, infographics, scripts, newsletters, and briefs
- Maintain an effective multi-channel content strategy across a variety of platforms
- Work with our creative team in developing engaging videos, graphics, animations, podcasts, etc.
- Assess the effectiveness of existing content and drive improvement where necessary
- Handle the internal communications content calendar and continuously make improvements for proactive planning
- Oversee social media efforts from research to planning to execution
- Foster strong partnerships across departments by building trust, aligning goals, and creating opportunities for collaboration that support company-wide initiatives
- Manage multiple communications projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned throughout each stage
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience working in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
- Based in the Draper, UT area with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (a mix of in-office and remote)
- Expertise in creating and editing a variety of content
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
