The Role:

 

The Principal, Business Transformation supports change adoption across the Business Transformation Office (BTO) portfolio by equipping people leaders with the tools, training, and facilitation support needed to successfully lead change within their teams. This role facilitates change readiness efforts, develops scalable enablement resources, and translates new systems, processes, and solutions into practical, adoption-ready training.

The Principal will also lead major enablement initiatives, including the Client Operations Academy, while partnering across BTO and other departments to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Change Readiness Sync (CRS), including agendas, readiness discussions, feedback synthesis, and follow-up actions.
  • Build scalable enablement tools, templates, playbooks, and resources that equip people leaders to drive change within their teams.
  • Develop training materials and job aids for new systems, tools, workflows, and processes, translating technical information into clear, practical content.
  • Lead major enablement initiatives, including the Client Operations Academy, from curriculum design through live facilitation and reusable program documentation.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to translate process knowledge into effective training and change-readiness resources.
  • Use survey, NPS, and other feedback data to identify readiness needs and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Provide enablement and project support across BTO and partner-department initiatives as organizational needs evolve.

 

This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 4x per month. 

Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, corporate training, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience building training curricula and materials from the ground up, including facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, and knowledge checks.
  • Experience partnering with subject-matter experts to translate processes and technical information into teachable content.
  • Strong facilitation experience with live training, recurring forums, or cross-functional working sessions.
  • Familiarity with structured change or readiness frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR, PCT, ACMP, or CCMP preferred; certification is a plus.
  • Healthcare, disability services, or human services experience is a plus.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:

$108,000 - $123,000 USD
