SVP, Digital & Integrated Communications
5WPR is seeking an outgoing, strategic and creative Digital & Integrated Communications lead at our growing integrated marketing agency. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client portfolio and for the agency as a whole. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of multi-disciplined professionals across Digital Marketing, Strategy, Creative and Paid Media, guiding them to execute strategic initiatives for the agency and for our client partners - achieving revenue targets, expanding capabilities, and delivering exceptional client service. With your extensive experience in digital marketing and advertising, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of 5WPR and ensuring our long-term growth.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the agency's overall goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Management:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital advertising professionals, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide guidance and support for professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as media, creative, and strategy, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
Business Development and Revenue Generation:
- Drive the growth of the agency by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and expanding our client base.
- Lead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new clients and secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor revenue targets, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to maximize profitability and achieve business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and providing strategic guidance and solutions.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of high-quality and creative campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, maximizing client retention and revenue growth.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the business unit's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Work closely with the finance team to forecast revenue, track expenses, and provide accurate and timely financial reports.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (12+ years) in the digital advertising industry, with a focus on client services, business development, or account management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

NYC Salary Range
$160,000 - $200,000 USD
