About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Paid Search Manager to join our team on a temporary basis, covering a parental leave from June 16 to September 17, 2025. This hybrid role is based out of our Midtown NYC office and requires in-office presence two days per week.
As the Paid Search Manager, you will take the reins on search advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, managing performance for a range of ecommerce, retail, and B2B clients. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on client communication, data storytelling, and platform expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading communications related to paid search strategy, performance, and insights
- Execute campaign optimizations, keyword builds, ad copy testing, and bid strategy adjustments
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to drive actionable insights and present findings in a clear and compelling narrative
- Implement and manage automation strategies, including scripts, rules, and AI-powered solutions
- Work with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center to support campaign tracking and performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates in the search marketing space
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Prior experience working in an agency setting with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts effectively
- Demonstrated experience across ecommerce, retail, and B2B verticals
- Strong communicator with experience leading client calls and reporting conversations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story through data and performance trends
- Solid understanding of search automation, including scripts, rules, and AI integration
- Deep platform and industry knowledge to guide best-in-class campaign execution
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center
