Lead - Warehouse
Job purpose
This role requires deep understanding of B2C fulfillment & transportation operations throughout the supply chain.
Requires an individual to think strategically as well as being comfortable in the details of the deliverable.
To be successful you must be self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and consummate team player capable of working with cross functional teams to identify improvements and deliver capabilities that will exceed our customers’ expectations.
Your passion for diving deep into data and processes, and for driving operations improvements will be your path to success in this role. To ensure we deliver high quality services against agreed commitments, you must be a hands-on scientist with excellent analytical skills, and be able to effectively communicate your analysis results to the commercial team.
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound activities
- Contact Point for clients for inbound/ outbound enquiries
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and KPIs
- To plan some resources to suitable and more efficient to our operations.
- Ensure the data and information accuracy and completely prior to entering all of them into the Warehouse Management System for receiving, picking and inventory process.
- To lead fulfillment to proceed as following the company policy and regulation, Operational work instruction and Safety policy including using personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Monitor all of equipment to ensure that they are ready to use all times and including take care of the working area clean and tidy all times
- Initiate and continuous improve the process, equipment or any resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 5 year experience in a warehousing environment.
- Computer literate (MS Office – Excel) is a must
- Good command of English.
- Able to work under pressure, and routine daily work with accuracy.
- Able to work in shift pattern and long working hours.
- Helpful in mindset, including flexible and adapt to meet with customer expectation.
- Positive can do attitude.
