
Data Analyst Journeyman
Work Arrangement
This is an onsite position at Pope Field in North Carolina.
Job Overview
Analyzes and interprets complex data sets to support business decision-making. Develops and maintains data reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement data-driven solutions. Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security while optimizing data processes. Continuously improves analytical methods and tools to enhance insights and business outcomes.
Essential Functions
- Conduct independent analysis of data related to equipment tracking, information management, and asset preservation across multiple operational domains.
- Design and implement systematic processes for collecting, validating, and presenting data for equipment monitoring, information control, and resource optimization.
- Develop and refine reports and dashboards on the operational status of technological resources, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Perform data analysis to support lifecycle analysis for delivered equipment, identifying trends in upgrades, maintenance, and consumables usage.
- Contribute to solution-specific proposals by providing detailed data analysis on equipment lists, pricing, delivery timelines, and impact assessments for customer-specified configurations.
- Develop and maintains comprehensive documentation for data models, analysis methodologies, and reporting procedures for equipment and information support.
- Collaborate effectively with asset managers and technical teams to translate data requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
- Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodologies for extracting insights from complex datasets to support resource optimization.
- Ensure and champions adherence to established data governance, data quality standards, and reporting guidelines for all assigned projects.
- Analyze monthly consumables inventories and reports on quantities falling below 60% of agreed RSPL levels.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
- Proficient in: Microsoft Excel; Power BI; Tableau; SharePoint; Confluence; ServiceNow; Jira; statistical analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics
