About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-stack WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development of our websites using WordPress. This position requires strong coding skills, a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create responsive and visually appealing designs that integrate seamlessly with back-end logic.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and develop websites and web applications that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive across multiple devices, with a focus on WordPress.
- Develop both front-end and back-end features, ensuring seamless integration between the two.
- Create and manage custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
- Design and code responsive email templates for various email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements, goals, and target audiences, and create effective designs and technical solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coding techniques, technologies, and trends in WordPress development to ensure our websites are always up to standard.
- Test and debug websites to ensure they are error-free, high-performing, and secure.
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they align with our branding and are technically optimized.
- Ensure that the front-end integrates seamlessly with backend logic, databases, and APIs.
- Accurately integrate and manage tracking tags, ensuring all tracking is set up to capture and report data correctly.
- Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and scalability.
- Manage server configurations and hosting environments to ensure websites are stable, secure, and fast.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in fullstack WordPress development.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- In-depth knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin for WordPress, including custom field integration and dynamic content features.
- Experience with back-end technologies, server management, and configuration.
- Proficient understanding of SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
