Renewals Associate, Emerging Small Business

The renewal serves as an important milestone for us to help each of our customers plan for the future in a specific way that will allow them to unlock the maximum potential of our product. Renewals are a key milestone in the customer journey, and we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is excited to play a critical role in driving operational excellence behind the scenes.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Sales Development, Business Operations, or Sales Support—who is eager to grow into the customer lifecycle side of SaaS.
What you'll do
- Support the renewal process by preparing internal documentation, updating CRM records, and tracking key dates and milestones
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure renewals are progressing on schedule and all necessary inputs are gathered
- Assist in generating quotes, reviewing contracts, and coordinating internal approvals across Legal, Deal Desk, and Sales Ops
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting for upcoming renewals, including flagging key details for internal teams and reporting an accurate rolling 120-day forecast of renewals in your territory
- Help streamline operational workflows and support process improvement initiatives on the Renewals team
- Learn core renewal strategies, pricing mechanics, and customer engagement playbooks to build foundational knowledge
Who you are
- 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Sales Operations, Customer Experience, or general business support role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, contracts, and tracking multiple timelines
- Excellent written communication and a professional, proactive working style
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is eager to learn from others
- Interest in building a career in customer success, renewals, or sales strategy
- Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about working in a fast-paced, evolving company

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For all work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:
$81,000 - $98,000 USD
