As a Senior Legal Secretary, reporting to Senior Director, Legal Excellence, you will make your mark in a number of ways:
- Collaborating closely with the AirTrunk legal and company secretarial teams to provide legal, company secretarial, administrative and transactional support assisting the growth of the AirTrunk business across the Asia Pacific region; and
- Support the AirTrunk legal team in the preparation and execution of a variety of contracts including construction, procurement, data centre operations, real property, general commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements.
You will receive day-to-day instruction and on-the-job training from the AirTrunk legal and company secretarial teams.
Your Day to Day
- Support the legal and company secretarial teams with day-to-day operation of files and matter management and meeting scheduling
- Populating and preparing template contracts and liaising with counterparties
- Coordinating the internal approval and execution process (DocuSign) for contracts
- Supporting our lawyers to optimise the use of internal systems and processes
- Monitoring and administering AirTrunk legal team inboxes and intake forms
Requirements
- Previous work experience in an administrative or legal support role
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Strong document processing skills in both Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Ability to effectively multi-task and manage legal and contract execution processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to interact and work with people from different areas and locations at all levels of seniority
- "Can do" attitude, prepared to go above and beyond the job scope as required
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
- Enjoy being challenged and working in a fun team-oriented environment
