Position Overview

Aksia is seeking an Analyst to join its global Legal & Compliance team, based in Athens. The role combines day-to-day administrative and operational support with legal and compliance analysis. The Analyst will monitor a shared inbox, triage and track requests, prepare documents for signature and DocuSign circulation, maintain approval and deadline trackers, organize records, coordinate deliverables, and support the team’s broader legal and compliance work. The position involves regular interaction with colleagues globally.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor a shared compliance inbox, respond to routine items, and escalate matters requiring additional review
  • Prepare documents for signature, monitor completion, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain executed copies
  • Maintain legal and compliance trackers and respond to daily approvals and requests accurately and promptly
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document organization, scheduling, and other operational tasks
  • Support the team’s substantive work by coordinating client questionnaires, regulatory information requests, filings, audits, and other deliverables
  • Prepare clear, polished responses and other written materials and correspondence in excellent English
  • Help the team stay ahead of priorities by coordinating deliverables, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with ad hoc projects, as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, financial services, asset management, or a law firm
  • Excellent written and spoken English and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, judgment, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, dependable, discreet, and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with document-management or request-tracking systems is an advantage
