Senior Product Marketing Associate: Care Delivery & Practice Administration

Alma is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Associate to support our Care Delivery & Practice Administration product teams, reporting to the Product Marketing domain lead.

In this role, you'll help shape how mental healthcare providers engage with our EHR and practice admin tools—empowering them with efficient workflows to manage their practice, document care, and optimize clinical and financial outcomes. Your work will play a key role in driving adoption, improving provider and client experiences, and reinforcing Alma’s position as a trusted partner.

As Alma expands its care delivery offerings, you'll help ensure alignment across product, operations, customer success, and sales. You'll assist in translating complex topics into clear messaging, actionable insights, and effective enablement materials for both internal and external audiences.

This role is an opportunity to deepen your craft and gain hands-on experience in the product marketing process. You'll build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, develop a stronger understanding of our customers, and contribute to shaping product direction within your squad(s).

If you are an expert collaborator, have strong ability to adapt, and thrive in managing multiple projects, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, enhancements, and adoption campaigns related to care delivery and practice admin tools.
  • Build strong working relationships with key cross-functional partners, such as the product manager, product designer, and engineering manager.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Alma’s care delivery and practice management user experiences, best practices, and policies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to help inform product improvements and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the creation of educational and enablement materials to equip internal teams and customers for success.
  • Measure the success of product marketing efforts using KPIs and data-driven analysis.

Who you are:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B2C, healthcare, fintech, or SaaS environments. Experience with EHR or practice management tooling is a plus.
  • You relish collaboration and are known for your ability to build relationships and manage workstreams across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • You are a hands-on learner with a strong bias for action, diving into projects and iterating as you go.
  • You are an effective communicator who can distill complex topics into the appropriate level of detail for your audience.
  • You are analytically-minded and curious, using data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • You are detail-obsessed, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to getting things right.
  • You demonstrate high growth potential and are adept at managing multiple priorities, efficiently organizing tasks while maintaining flexibility.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigating new challenges with creativity, resilience, and context-switching along the way.
