Alnylam Portugal is seeking a motivated and curious Marketing Trainee to join our local team and gain hands-on experience in a global biopharmaceutical company pioneering RNAi therapeutics. This internship is designed for early-career talent — including recent graduates or candidates entering the job market for the first time — who are eager to build practical skills in pharmaceutical marketing, scientific communication, project coordination, digital initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do

Support the planning and execution of marketing activities aligned with the objectives of the Portugal team.
Contribute to the adaptation, review, and coordination of promotional, educational, and communication materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal processes.
Help manage content and materials on internal platforms, including Veeva PromoMats, where applicable.
Take part in omnichannel and digital initiatives that support effective engagement with healthcare stakeholders.
Assist with the organization of congresses, meetings, and events, including logistics, timelines, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global colleagues while learning how an international biopharmaceutical organization operates.

Who We Are Looking For

A completed higher education degree, preferably in Life Sciences, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
A strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing, biotechnology, healthcare, and scientific communication.
No prior professional experience is required; we value curiosity, motivation, accountability, and a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and a commitment to high standards of quality, ethics, and compliance.
