Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Senior Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for;
- Planning and supporting the establishment of various work streams required for the Safety Case in each milestone.
- Managing the planning and execution of system-level hazard analysis, ensuring traceability of potential safety issues throughout the safety architecture, requirements, implementation, verification, and validation processes to create a closed-loop safety case.
- Leading the Risk Management Program, tracking all potential safety issues across various milestones and ensuring they are resolved and closed.
- Defining and overseeing the Field Safety Issue response process and managing quarterly program planning and progress tracking for the System Safety team.
- Representing the System Safety team at key program review meetings.
- Coordinating with engineering groups to ensure they understand their priorities and are aligned to meet corporate milestones on time and within budget.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related Science discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Proficiency in system safety and/or systems engineering processes.
- Proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Background in the automotive industry or autonomous driving technology industry.
- Experience with safety-critical or high-integrity systems.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards such as MIL-STD-882, ISO 26262, ISO 21448 PAS, etc.
Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
